| We are a pet friendly community. There is a non refunable pet fee of $400.00 and a monthly pet rent of $25.00. There is a maxium of 2 pets allowed per unit. Non aggressive breeds only allowed. |

Weight Limit: Acceptable Pets: animal that is considered a common and domesticated household animal. Examples of such animals are dogs, cats, small aquarium size fish, and small birds. Snakes, spiders, lizards, reptiles, and rodents are prohibited Breed Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited, including: Rottweilers Chows Dobermans Akitas Pit Bulls **No fees for Service/ESA Animals however must be approved via a third party screening company. |
